You can try to use Arduino DUE that have 32bit ARM processor instead of 8bit ATMega architecture. Some versions of Marlin are tweaked so they can be compiled to ARM in Arduino IDE. From what I know Arduino DUE can be used with RAMPS boards as they have similar pins as long as you are not using LCD, thermocouples, optical enstops and motor drivers that needs 5V (DUE have only instead of 5V on MEGA). In such case you would have to use DRV8825 drivers as they prepare their own 5V from motor power supply. Or you can go with RADDS or RAMPS-FD, as they are prepared to work with DUE with no such issues. But please take that information from me with a grain of salt and do some research on your own (as I never used DUE and I may got it all wrong).

In the 1988 Seoul Games, the Canadian sprinter Ben Johnson won the 100-meter race, and also set a world record in the same. But later in a drug test, he was found to have taken steroids in order to win the race. Though he said he had used the steroids only during training, and only because he wanted to keep up with his opponents, he was disqualified from the race. He was also stripped of his medal as well as his world record honors, and the medal was given to the second place holder – Carl Lewis. He also admitted later that he had used steroids when he made a world record in 1987. This resulted in his previous record being taken away from him as well.

The one place Andy has not been successful is in court. So far, two New York courts have ruled against him, citing (of course) the assumption-of-risk doctrine. He’s got one appeal left, to the Supreme Court of New York’s Appellate Division. Odds are, he’ll lose there, too, even though he shouldn’t: That every major league team will have extended netting this season suggests pretty powerfully that teams well understand that a fan cannot be expected to fend for him- or herself when a 90-mph foul ball is headed straight for their head.

[...] Pure and simple… but simply insane! The Ariel Atom is a true enthusiast’s racecar. Ariel is designed by Ariel Motor Company of Great Britain and although it only costs between $40,000 and $75,000 it will give you the performance you would expect from a $1,000,000 super exotic sports car. So… if you are a true racing enthusiast and you don’t have $1,000,000 to blo on a supercar but you can afford more than a 250cc shifter cart than you might look into getting an Ariel Atom. No AC, no stereo, no leather seats, and best of all, no unnecessary weight! In fact, the Ariel Atom has a power to weight ratio that rivals most super cars. Take for example the McLaren F1 supercar that has a power to weight ratio of to 1, the Bugatti Veyron which has a power to weight ratio or to 1, and the Ferrari Enzo which has a power to weight ratio of .56 to 1. Compare that to the Arial atom which has a power to weight ratio of to 1! This beautifully simple (and affordable yet rare) racecar is capable of 0-60mph in seconds (that’s 1 full second faster than the Porsche Carrera GT, and .7 seconds faster than the Ferrari Enzo! So… we know its fast, but how does it handle? Well, in one word “perfectly.” In fact if you watch the video below you will see just how amazing the Ariel Atom handles on the racetrack. In fact, even when matched up against a street bike the Ariel Atom posts better lap times. Perhaps my favorite thing about the Ariel Atom is that you can buy it as a kit car for under $40,000, build it yourself and even make it street legal! Better yet the Ariel is powered by a reliable and fuel efficient supercharged Civic Type R motor. [...]
